Compromise Language Reached with County of Erie on Contract Indemnification
After many months of intensive negotiation, a more favorable indemnification has been offered. Is this a success?
Now that it appears we've crested the County indemnity issue, there are still insurability issues with the City of Buffalo contracts. Our next Risk Management Alert will address this issue.
