How to file a claim for your personal insurance policy:
1. Call our office and speak with our Claims Manager.
If your claim occurs during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm), please call our office to discuss the claim. It is important for you to understand the potential consequences of puting a claim on your record. Be sure to have your policy number available.
2. Complete our online claim reporting form.
If your claim occurs after normal business hours, complete the online form and our claims manager will contact you on the next business day.
Use this reporting method only in an emergency. It is in your best interest to report your claim through Promark Agency whenever possible.
Please be aware that some claims can be time sensitive. The length of time between the loss and your report can negatively impact your coverage.
